HR Support Apprentice - Dormanstown, Redcar

Responsibilities
  • As an HR support apprentice, you’ll work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard while gaining hands‑on experience in delivering high‑quality administrative support to our HR team.
  • You’ll be right at the heart of the organisation, learning a wide range of tasks that keep our team running smoothly, including electronic filing, handling telephone enquiries, booking appointments, and organising meetings and events.
Apprenticeship details

Your apprenticeship will take approximately 18 months to complete and includes an end‑point assessment. Once you’ve successfully finished the programme, you’ll achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification—and you may have the opportunity to continue your journey with us in a full‑time role. Training will be delivered by ETC Group, Redcar & Cleveland College.
