• Several years of experience in software development and application security.
• Experience in AppSec leadership or Security Architecture role.
• Broad understanding of CI/CD ecosystems and embedding security.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the application security strategy across the organization.
• Evaluate and support rollout of AppSec tools for security automation.
• Monitor key AppSec KPIs and report findings to leadership.
• Continuously assess and improve the program's maturity across brands.
