Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a professional warehouse environment.
• Must be able to work flexibly and cover both shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Warehouse Manager & Shift Manager to meet daily targets.
• Ensure staff know their daily tasks and all SLAs are completed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report incidents promptly.
• Keep the warehouse clean and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor timekeeping and ensure adherence to break times.
• Motivate the team and monitor performance.
