Responsibilities

• Liaise with Warehouse Manager & Shift Manager to meet daily targets.
• Ensure staff know their daily tasks and all SLAs are completed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report incidents promptly.
• Keep the warehouse clean and ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor timekeeping and ensure adherence to break times.
• Motivate the team and monitor performance.

Warehouse Team Leader

We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Team Leader based in Chesterfield working with our Shift Managers to support the daily operation and team management. Ideal candidates must have previous experience of working in a supervisory or team leader role in a professional warehouse environment. The right candidate will also need to work flexibly, be able to cover both shifts as needed and act as a team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Warehouse Manager & Shift Manager to ensure daily targets are achieved
• Ensure staff know what they are required to do, and that all SLAs are completed daily
• Ensure staff work in a safe environment and all incidents are reported in a timely manner
• Keep Warehouse clean and tidy and operational efficiency is maintained at all times
• Monitor timekeeping and break times and make sure they are adhered to
• Motivate the team and monitor performance
