• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Experience of disciplinary investigations and other people processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety and Standard Operating Procedures during shift.
• Co-ordinate and manage handovers between shifts.
• Deliver customer needs and service levels.
• Provide leadership and communication across all warehouse departments.
• Promote a culture of respect and diversity among colleagues.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives to meet KPIs.
