A customer experience services provider is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Advisor fluent in French and English. This hybrid role involves delivering exceptional service to clients and resolving queries across various channels, including voice and social media. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. This position offers a starting salary of £22,750, with a requirement to work a minimum of two days in the office each week.

Based in the North East of England, our Customer Experience teams are centred on the exceptional service we offer to our clients and their customers. We are actively recruiting for French & English bilingual customer experience enthusiasts to join our existing team.
We operate 365 days a year between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm / 24 hours a day, and the role will require flexible working, 5 shifts/days per week over 7 days a week, but we have a hybrid approach to working. The role will require you to work a minimum of 2 days a week at our Hub in Gateshead. The rest of the week you can work remotely.
