A leading adult social care provider in Yeovil is seeking a Team Leader with a £500 joining bonus. The ideal candidate will manage a team to provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring effective activity delivery, and promoting client well-being. A Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and prior experience in a leadership role are required. This position offers ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
