Job summary

A care provider in the UK is seeking an Employment Consultant to support individuals facing barriers to employment. You will provide end-to-end support, including vocational profiling and job matching, ensuring successful outcomes that meet contractual targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering employment services, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ideally hold a Supported Employment Diploma Level 3 or equivalent.
