Innovation, creativity, and collaboration drive the company to offer exceptional services to clients.**About the role**We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing for in-cosmetics Korea, the only exhibition dedicated to personal care ingredients in Korea, on a fixed-term maternity cover.Held annually in July at COEX in Seoul, in-cosmetics Korea is part of the global in-cosmetics portfolio of four B2B events across Europe, Asia and South America. The 2025 edition welcomed over 13,000 visitors (86% Korean) and 361 exhibitors (50% international).You will develop and deliver insight-led, multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire, retain and engage customers, working closely with international teams and stakeholders. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and includes international travel to Asia and Europe.**Responsibilities*** Develop and deliver the marketing strategy for in‑cosmetics Korea in partnership with Event Leadership and the wider marketing team* Shape clear value propositions, customer journeys, and on‑site experiences that reflect industry and audience needs* Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels* Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned and impactful execution* Use customer insights, market research, and performance data to drive growth and continuously improve customer experience* Manage PR activity, strategic partnerships, and campaign performance to support revenue objectives* Support sales through targeted marketing for exhibition space, sponsorship, and product solutions* Oversee the marketing budget and monitor progress against agreed objectives**Requirements*** Native or native‑level Korean, with strong proficiency in English* Experience in marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, or related industries* Ability to think creatively and develop customer‑focused, commercially effective solutions* Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment* Effective communicator able to build positive relationships with stakeholders and partners* Comfortable working collaboratively in a matrixed or cross‑functional organisation* Proficiency in using data and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance* Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high‑quality outcomes**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
