You will take full ownership of your production area, supporting the Value Stream Senior Manager to deliver customer requirements, improve processes, and develop high-performing teams. You will also act as deputy for the Value Stream Senior Manager when **Key Responsibilities** skills matrices, resource Ensure effective management of suppliers, contractors and visitors, including adherence to permit systems and compliance requirements.**People Leadership & HR Responsibilities** Experience in Health & Safety management. Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams. Excellent communicator with strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills. Demonstrated experience delivering KPIs and managing production performance. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, PFMEAs and control plans. Working knowledge of ISO9001.
