Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Preston is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing your production area, ensuring high-quality performance, and supporting the Value Stream Senior Manager. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience in Health & Safety management, and a working knowledge of SAP or M3. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to develop high-performing teams and meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, PFMEAs, and control plans.
• Working knowledge of ISO9001.
