Job Overview

Hours: 5 hours per week to be used on a Thursday or Saturday.

Rate of pay: £14.10 per hour.

Location: Benwell, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Hi, I’m Ben, a 16‑year‑old autistic boy looking for someone friendly, patient and understanding to support me in developing independence and confidence. The role will involve helping with everyday skills such as going to the shop, meeting new people and building confidence in the community.

• Support me in daily activities like shopping and community outings.
• Encourage me to try new things at my own pace.
• Respect my individuality and interests, such as Dragon Ball Z, Godzilla and TikTok videos.
• Provide a supportive environment to help me grow confidence.
