A progressive legal firm is seeking a Commercial Lawyer for their Business Services Department in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and possess a thorough knowledge of commercial law. We currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Lawyer within our Business Services Department based at our Charminster office.
The role involves a wide range of commercial work e.g. Terms and Conditions, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Privacy Policies, Non-Disclosure Agreements, B2B and B2C Contracts, Hire Agreements and non-contentious IP work.
