Role Overview
The European Marketing Apprentice role supports both local UK end-user marketing initiatives and European channel marketing & enablement activities for Panasonic’s TOUGHBOOK division. You will regularly interact with UK and European sales teams, TOUGHBOOK resellers, marketing agencies, and end-customers. The role holder will also help maximise sales against business targets through lead management, content creation, and marketing platform administration.
What you will do
- Drive engagement with the European Partner Portal by creating informative emails and resource pages, updating content, and directly influencing partner incentives, enablement programmes and awareness campaigns.
- Support TOUGHBOOK UK and Ireland marketing initiatives, including organising events, crafting end-user campaigns, and designing impactful content.
- Provide essential support to the UK & Ireland sales team by managing marketing leads, ensuring follow-up, and offering support at exhibitions and fairs.
- Assist with Market Development Fund (MDF) processing, partner incentive tracking, activity reporting, and data analysis as required.
- Oversee the main TOUGHBOOK social media calendar on Facebook and LinkedIn, bringing the brand’s voice to life.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with UK and Ireland sales teams, Regional Marketing Managers, Partner Account Managers across Europe, and external agencies.
Qualifications
- Secondary school education with relevant qualifications.
- Grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Digital marketing experience – social media, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, etc.
- Experience with creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Customer service experience would be advantageous.
- Good English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently deliver quality presentations.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Hard-working, dedicated and self-motivated with a focus on continual improvement.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a team player.
- Integrity and honesty.

Entry Requirements
- Age 18 or over.
- Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
- Valid passport for international travel.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Driving licence (advantageous).
- Multilingual ability (advantageous).
