Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive marketing activities with local VARs, Distribution and Channel partners.
• Support the execution of partner programs, campaigns, and enablement activities.
• Own an end-to-end budgeting process for assigned key customers.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings, webinars, and partner events.
• Assist in managing partner communications, calendars, and deliverables.
• Support the channel team with basic analytics and reporting (e.g., campaign ROI, MDF usage, performance tracking).
• Help identify trends and opportunities in partner engagement using collected data.
• Work with external agencies and internal partners to develop or update EMEA specific marketing content and assets.
• Take a proactive and positive approach in seeking ways to improve all aspects of our marketing activities.
• Create and design PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or similar. 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing marketing role.
• Profound understanding of the EMEA IT industry.
• Decent knowledge in Server Market and high performing computing is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in marketing planning, field marketing, event management, and project/ campaign management.
• Proven knowledge of software tools preferred, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple programs at one time.
• Detailed, analytical, and creative in approach to handling data.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English, 2nd language is a plus.
• A high performer with a positive attitude who is team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• The ideal candidate for this role is ROI focused with strong project management skills, able to build relationships, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
