A leading care service provider in Greater Manchester seeks a flexible Social Worker to join their supportive team. This role offers total freedom to manage your schedule, with only minimal required office attendance. Key responsibilities include conducting Care Act and Mental Capacity assessments while working in the community. To qualify, candidates must hold a Social Work Qualification and be registered with SWE. Competitive hourly rates and a loyalty bonus are offered as well as a referral reward of £500 for successful candidates.

You\'ll be awarded total freedom and flexibility of your own diary. You will be able to work from home/office whenever works best for you, and you\'re only required to work from the office one week every 5/6 whenever you are participating in the duty rota, and once a month for supervision/team meetings.

As part of this team, you\'ll be working out in the Community with care users, so experience with Adult Social Care is essential.
