Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role within engineering sectors (Water, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing, Environmental, heavy industry).
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
• Provide technical advice and support throughout the tendering and sales process.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Oversee project delivery, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor costs and profitability, ensuring projects meet financial targets.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities in the market.

Skills

Strong background in M&E engineering or MECI

Proven experience in contract management and technical sales

Ability to manage multiple projects on industrial sites

Education

HNC or equivalent qualification (electrical/mechanical apprenticeship)

CompEX 01-04 qualification

18th edition

2391 testing and inspection

SMSTS / Project management certification
