Senior People Business Partner
Hybrid | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Locations: Salford Quays, Leeds or Staines

Salary: From £64,000
We're looking for a Senior People Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the People Plan for our Insurance Teams. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders bringing commercial insight, strong HR expertise and clear strategic direction to help us build a high‑performing, well‑led and customer‑focused organisation. You'll work across a sophisticated, matrixed environment including UK Insurance, Bupa Global and multiple People Centres of Expertise, ensuring our people priorities land effectively and deliver real impact.
