Job summary

A global real estate firm is looking for a Fabric Technician to perform maintenance tasks in Reading. Responsibilities include both planned and reactive maintenance, along with managing sub-contractors and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Fabric Engineering apprenticeship and strong interpersonal skills. This full-time role requires effective communication and the ability to work under pressure, with additional training provided as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven post apprenticeship practical experience.
• Willing to work flexibly and as a team member.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
• Provide first line out of hours call out for the site.
