We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new strategic enterprise accounts. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their sustainability challenges, and positioning Worldly's solutions to meet their needs. This role will be focused on driving Worldly’s work into new product categories and working closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Product leadership to ensure our solutions meet emerging market challenges.

Base Rate: $120,000 - $155,000 USD Annually (US)
£91,000 - £117,000 GBP Annually (UK)
This role offers a competitive compensation package with a 50/50 base-to-incentive split. Your total earnings will be comprised of a fixed base salary (50%), a performance-based incentive component (50%), and participation in our Equity Stock Options Program.
