Psychiatric Intake RN - Full-time Nights, 7pm-7am

The 62-bed facility is accredited by The Joint Commission and offers comprehensive, individualized treatment services by a multidisciplinary team focused on high-quality care.
Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing top quality healthcare services since 1917. The facility has been recognized for treatment of heart-related conditions and strokes.
Admissions Clinician is responsible for conducting mental health assessments, communicating with psychiatrists to determine level of care, facilitating admissions and referrals, conducting pre-certifications and utilization reviews, and fostering positive relationships with referral sources. The Clinician must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to assure accurate coordination of care.
