• Previous retail store management experience, hands-on approach to business management.
• Ability to communicate objectives effectively and build high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated track record in developing business performance exceeding KPIs.
• Commercially aware, able to manage P&L and proactive in approach.
• Possession of own transport with a UK driving license.
