Qualifications

• NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma and IEMA Environmental Certificate are essential.
• Experience in fast-paced FMCG manufacturing and part of a Leadership Team.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HSE data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement site-wide HSE procedures to ensure compliance.
• Build capabilities and promote a positive safety culture through coaching.
• Track HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage HSE budget and oversee claims with insurers.
