A leading holiday park organization in Great Yarmouth is seeking a motivated Owner Experience Assistant. What you will be doing...
  • Providing excellent customer service to our owners.
  • Ensure all owner enquiries, including telephone calls are answered efficiently.
  • Support and assist with owner requests and feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Keeping all administration work up to date.
  • Assist in delivering memorable events for owners, such as forums, drop-ins, and social events.
About you
  • Experience within a similar customer facing role, ideally within the leisure or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent IT skills, as you’ll be working on our systems to keep everything up-to-date and seamless as you engage with owners.
