The Northumberland Recovery Partnership has an opportunity for a Band 6 Community Practitioner to work within the team.
The role involves working with adults affected by substance and alcohol misuse, providing safe and effective interventions, harm reduction advice, and psychosocial interventions to support service users in considering and achieving recovery.
The team consists of a well‑established mix of professionals who work collaboratively to deliver individualised care. The role involves individualised clinical assessment, care planning, formulation, and collaborative work across the multi‑agency team.
The applicant is expected to demonstrate leadership within the team, providing supervision to junior staff and supporting students.
The applicant will cover areas within the Northumberland Recovery Partnership's geographical area, including Blyth and Ashington.
