Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering the Principal Designer function on medium to large construction or infrastructure schemes.
• Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and associated UK construction legislation.
• Experience producing CDM-related documentation including risk registers and Health & Safety Files.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate CDM duties on behalf of the Principal Designer.
• Review design management arrangements and risk registers.
• Support the Client in compiling and issuing pre-construction information.
