Overview

Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Location: Batley

Salary: £15.50 – £16.50 per hour + overtime opportunities at enhanced rates

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 16:30 and Fridays 7:30 to 14:00

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• MIG/TIG welding of structural and mild steel

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator within steel fabrication
• Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience beneficial)
• Ability to work from technical drawings
• Competent in using fabrication machinery and hand tools
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
