A local council in the United Kingdom is seeking a temporary Youth Justice Officer for an initial contract of 3-6 months with potential for extension or permanent role. The candidate must have a minimum of two years experience in Youth Justice Services, capable of writing reports and conducting assessments. This position involves delivering interventions to manage risks related to young offenders. A hybrid work model is available for the right candidate.
I am currently representing Enfield Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Youth Justice Officer this role will be: EN1 3ES Hybrid
The right candidate will:
The candidate will need to be able to write PSR reports, carry out high quality assessments using Asset plus; deliver interventions to reduce the risk of further offending and manage risk of harm to themselves and others. This post requires monitoring of practice and processes, building in close partnership work.
Undertake all duties in relation to Safeguarding young people and managing risk to the community;
