A local football community charity is looking for a Female Football Development Coach to lead and inspire female footballers across various initiatives. The role involves planning sessions for programs like the Post 16 Girls’ and FA Emerging Talent Centre, while promoting inclusion and participant engagement. The ideal candidate will have relevant coaching qualifications, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in a results-driven environment. Location: Turf Moor, Harry Potts Way, Burnley, BB10 4BX and various locations across Burnley and Pendle
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 21 hours per week (Mon-Fri and Sun)
Closing Date: Thursday, 5th March 2026
Salary: £22,300 per annum
The Female Football Development Coach will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the Female Football Development Pathway. This role will work closely with the Female Football Development Manager and the Senior Female Football Development Coach to plan and deliver a comprehensive and purposeful Female Football Development programme, to include but not exhaustive the Post 16 Girls’ Programme, FA Emerging Talent Centre, BFC Women Juniors and community based female football development initiatives.
