A healthcare provider in Aberdeen is seeking Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs) to join their team. The role involves providing comprehensive care to patients, managing home visits, and working autonomously in a primary care setting. Successful candidates need to have significant clinical experience, leadership skills, and a Master’s level qualification. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to effective clinical governance and work across various sites in the region.
We are looking for ANPs to work closely with the wider practice team, providing care to our patients appropriate to their clinical skill set, with the management of home visits part of the role. Our current ANP team have all developed special interests in primary care, in areas including palliative care, frailty and minor surgery.
Successful candidates will have current first level registration with relevant body and must be a qualified and experienced independent prescriber. All candidates must have experience and qualifications in advanced clinical examination skills, history taking, pathophysiology and be able to evidence autonomous working at Master’s level.
Applicants should be proactive, effective communicators, be adaptable to change and possess drive and ambition to progress their career with willingness to work at the top of their licence. Previous experience of autonomous working in and or out of hours is essential and ideally within a Primary Care Setting.
