Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role based in Bristol for a Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate will handle day‑to‑day tasks such as managing landlord‑tenant interactions, assisting prospective tenants, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements, managing property inquiries, handling viewings, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. This position also involves working closely with clients and helping landlords maximise their investments.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Estate Agents and the local property market (Beneficial, but not essential)
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for property viewings
• Experience in the real estate or lettings industry is a plus (Beneficial, but not essential)
