A spatial technology company is seeking a BIM Technician to join its London office. The candidate will work on global projects, collaborating closely with production and engineering teams. Responsibilities include producing 'as-built' 2D drawings and 3D Revit models, managing sensitive information, and ensuring compliance with technical procedures. Successful candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in BIM modelling and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Residing in the UK for the past 5 years is a requirement.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Revit Technician.
• Proficient in BIM modelling for commercial and residential properties.
• Good understanding of Revit families and parameters.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams.
• Produce 'as-built' 2D drawings and 3D Revit models.
• Report to the BIM Manager and Project Manager.
