• Managing responsive maintenance and repairs and planned works.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operatives use vehicles safely and report issues.
• Escalate serious events to Contract Manager.
• Manage jobs and support Operations Centre.
• Scope and survey work for detailed job coding.
• Supervise and monitor works to completion.
• Recruit and induct operatives professionally.
• Deliver toolbox talks and ensure attendance.
• Reinforce Health and Safety culture.
• Conduct employee investigations and reviews.
