• Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.

• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best quality service through planned repairs.
• Undertake various trade repairs and maintenance work.
• Complete assigned tasks using a handheld device.

Skills

City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety

Customer focus

Experience working in void properties

CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card (or working towards it)

Operating small handheld plant (drills, breakers)
