Job summary

A leading offshore service provider in Aberdeen is seeking a Human & Organizational Performance Coach to embed safety principles at operational sites. Responsibilities include coaching frontline teams, facilitating learning sessions, and promoting psychological safety. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HOP principles, operational experience, and excellent communication skills. The position requires travel to various rigs while primarily based in the Aberdeen office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HOP principles and modern safety concepts.
• Experience in operational environments, preferably offshore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Be present at operational sites to coach and reinforce HOP principles.
• Support frontline teams applying Safety II and resilience-based practices.
• Facilitate learning reviews and informal coaching to capture insights.
