This is a required part of your application.*****Key Responsibilities:*** Maintain and evolve D&G’s job architecture framework, role definitions, and design principles.* Deliver role sizing and job evaluation, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment to job architecture standards.* Support the Design Authority by preparing analysis, recommendations, and design proposals at pace.* Support the delivery of D&G’s organisation design strategy across multiple business areas.* Support with design and assess organisational structures, operating models, and future-state scenarios aligned to strategic goals.* Ensure all organisational changes comply with agreed governance, standards, and design principles.* Use workforce data, modelling, and benchmarking to generate insights and inform decision-making.* Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate decisions.* Develop clear, concise materials that translate complexity into actionable recommendations.* Monitor the impact of organisation changes and support continuous improvement.**Skills and experience required:*** Strong working knowledge of organisation design methodologies, including role sizing, job architecture, operating models, and governance.* Ability to manage complex, ambiguous organisational challenges across multiple business areas* Advanced analytical capability, with confidence using data, modelling, and insights to inform recommendations.* Requires sound judgement to balance pace, quality, and stakeholder expectations.* Strong communications skills and capable of working with all levels of stakeholder hierarchy.**We offer lots of great benefits!
