• Experience in asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying or mining environments.
• Strong leadership skills in production environments.
• Ability to manage safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Raise order numbers and ensure month and stock completion.
• Maintain plant documentation and standards.
• Deliver training and coach team members.
• Support production teams and oversee operations.
• Occasionally operate RMX batching plant or drive a loading shovel.
