Job description

We are currently recruiting LGV CE Drivers to join our team in Kirkby Thore, working on our contract with British Gypsum. You will be driving one of our modern fleet of vehicles, delivering gypsum products to customers with 2 to 3 drops per shift, and ensuring all goods are correctly strapped before each journey. You will work Monday to Friday on an average of 48 hours per week. We are offering £17.70 per hour, with £26.55 per hour on Saturday and £35.40 per hour on Sunday. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Safely drive our HGV Class 1 vehicles in a courteous manner.
• Deliver gypsum products to customers, making 2 to 3 drops per shift.
• Ensure all goods are correctly strapped before commencing journeys.
• Operate the latest equipment and uphold FORS Gold-level safety standards.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Valid LGV C+E licence.
• An up-to-date CPC and DIGI card.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• No DD, DR, or IN endorsements showing on your licence.
