A local law firm in Hereford seeks a professional to support the Conveyancing Department, ensuring smooth operations and high customer service. The role involves managing a personal caseload, processing sales, purchases, and more. Ideal candidates will possess a Law Degree and conveyancing qualifications, with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance and effectively communicating with clients. Onsite parking and gym access are provided as perks.

Days of Work: Mon – Fri
Hours of Work: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Location: Hereford
Work under the supervision of the Head of Business Development Hereford to support the Conveyancing Department in delivering a high level of customer service to clients. The role will involve ensuring the smooth running of the Department by running a caseload and also assisting with completions, compliance and communication.
You will be responsible for ensuring all internal processes are conducted to a high standard and actively assisting the Department with the progress of transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to assist the Conveyancing Department by proactively communicating both internally and externally with key stakeholders by progressing files throughout the progression of matters to ensure customer satisfaction. They will act in a friendly manner, tailor their approach to fit the needs of each client and be confident in communicating with clients via email, telephone and in person. They will be responsible for running their own case load which will consist of, but not be limited to, sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages and granting of new leases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills and be able to autonomously manage their workload.
