Qualifications

• Must have experience in composites manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance processes is desirable.
• Capability to analyze customer drawings and CAD data.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement manufacturing work instructions.
• Devise and implement innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Support and mentor shop floor operatives.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
