Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of security systems for various customers.
• Plan and perform maintenance and repairs at customer premises.
• Provide technical advice on security best practices.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in a structured call-out rota for after-hours support.
