Hourly Rate

Up to £13.50 per hour, plus a £0.50 per hour night and weekend enhancement

Hours & Shifts

39 hours per week

Shifts available across Monday to Sunday

About the Role

• Support residents with daily activities, including washing, dressing and meal assistance.
• Develop individual care plans and help residents choose their meals.
• Serve as a friend who champions residents’ dignity and independence.
• Assist with food service and ensure residents eat and drink safely.
• Communicate effectively, prioritise workloads and keep accurate records.
• Work within a team, build relationships with residents, relatives and team members.

About You

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care or equivalent higher qualification.
• Caring nature, positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to take initiative and work independently.
• Previous experience in the adult care sector.
