A leading energy company in Scotland is seeking a Senior Protection and Control Engineer to focus on project delivery and oversight. This role demands demonstrated experience in Protection and Control engineering, with responsibilities including technical guidance for projects and mentoring junior engineers. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and be passionate about driving improvements in business processes. An attractive salary of £58,100 - £75,000, along with various flexible benefits, are offered.
Base Location: For this role, successful applicants are based from one of our Scottish locations and you'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in the office – Perth, Glasgow, Inverness or Aberdeen.
Salary: £58,100 - £75,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances, and wellbeing.

The role of Senior Protection and Control Engineer is to focus on project delivery and support across a portfolio of different schemes. While the role includes direct project involvement it is also a role which requires provision of guidance, mentoring and point of escalation for Project Engineers.
