Clinical Lead Nurse, full time 37.5 hours per week.
Band 6, £38,682 - £46,580 per annum.
You will be responsible for the delivery of care and for the supervision of others who are carrying out all aspects of the caring process. Assisting in setting and maintaining standards of care, will participate in maintaining effective management of the team and unit and will also maintain effective integration with the multi-disciplinary team and assist with the facilitation of a collaborative approach to patient focussed care.
There is scope to develop the clinical lead post to work across the ward and the community settings. To enhance integrated care, acting as a bridge between the ward and community team, offering practical and clinical experience in both.

Responsibility for caseload management within the area, ensuring that systems are in place to ensure efficient allocation of named nurse / named worker / care co-ordinator to patient and that the functions of the role are fulfilled.
