We are a two-sitepractice, 20 minutes south of Glasgow and only 10 minutes from the beautiful Ayrshire coast.

We have apurpose-builtRCVS-accreditedmain surgery, which is extremely well-equipped to allow case workups to a high standard and an SVN training practice. There are approximately 20 of us here in practice. Our practice is very well equipped, as you would expect of a modern, forward-thinking practice, with dental radiography, endoscopy and recently upgraded ultrasound.
We have received 5 RCVS OutstandingPractice Standard Awards, which we are enormously proud of.
This is afirst-opinion GP role with a focus on consultations, interpreting lab results, case planning, prescription oversight, and supporting our nursing and reception teams.
You'll be working closelywith a loyal client base, many of whom have been with us for decades, and benefit from a high percentage of insured clients and a strong work-up culture.
While this isprimarily a consulting role, we do require some surgical experience for routine procedures, but, as a team, we are more than happy to provide support and training to help with development.
There is no on-call required in thisrole, and Saturdays are worked on a rota basis of 1 in 4. Time is given back during the week for working Saturdays.
