Qualifications

• Proven surveying expertise and strong technical knowledge in domestic property construction.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance in asset management or surveying roles.
• Knowledge of managing disrepairs, damp, mould, condensation, and structural issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team for delivering stock condition surveys and asset management initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive surveys on habitable and non-habitable assets.
• Manage the stock condition process and guide teams through insurance claims.
