Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in Building Surveying, Construction or similar required.
• Experience in property surveying or asset data collection is essential.
• Strong communication skills to interpret technical details.
• Understanding of building regulations, housing standards, and health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and condition surveys.
• Support planned maintenance, repairs and capital investment projects.
• Manage the Multi Skilled Operative (MSO) in your region.
• Ensure homes meet building safety and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with contractors for quality delivery.
