Qualifications

  • Entry level role suited for individuals with excellent numeracy and administrative skills.
  • Full training provided but previous finance/accounts receivable experience is beneficial.
  • Use of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support invoice and contract queries.
  • Process amendments, settlements, and credit notes.
  • Reconcile CRM and ERP systems to maintain accurate month-end reports.
  • Generate and send customer invoices and credit notes.
  • Work on projects to improve revenue recognition.
