Qualifications

• Several years of coaching experience in a club environment.
• Knowledge of the LTA's Player Pathway.
• Experience with performance players is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a comprehensive coaching program.
• Engage members and increase club participation.
• Lead and support a team of coaches.
• Manage tennis equipment and court scheduling.
• Handle administrative duties and promote the club.
• Maintain relationships with local schools for outreach.
