WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Build a healthy & effective high performing team thatis able todeliver at pace – including a strong relationship with your technical lead.
• Define the Vision, OKRs and Roadmap for your product team, to ensure the work they are doing is aligned with New Look’s goals and product strategy
• Be the servant leader to the team, helping to unblock them when needed.
• Design andfacilitateworkshops to solve challenging problems.
• Ensure ahigh qualitybar for everything your team produces across the full product lifecycle.
• Consistently use high quality communications to articulate the key risks of your product.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decision making process, collecting and analysing both as needed

• An expert in product discovery, agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) - bonus for knowledge around increasing customer loyalty.
